Things to do that would make your pregnancy smooth.

Few other things that you may like to follow besides eating –

🤰Choose comfortable clothes to flaunt your bump.

🤰Do any one physical activity consistently like walk, yoga, exercises, meditation etc.

🤰Listen to music that sends positive vibes to your baby.

🤰Start talking to your baby.

🤰Do cores that are comfortable and not much tiring for you.

🤰Take proper rest whenever possible.

🤰Read books/articles/stories.

🤰Do some creative stuff/Hobbies.

🤰Pamper yourself as much you can.

🤰Take a back support while working for long hours.

🤰Hold your bump while sudden sneezing/coughing.

🤰 Spend quality time with your partner like movies, dates, walks, talks etc.

🤰Take your growing bump’s photos you would treasure looking at it later.
