
I was never fond of soups earlier but after a few trail & error on recipes this soup has become my favourite go to when I need a light & healthy dinner.

Veggies taken are :- tomatoes, onions, bottle gourd, carrots, bell peppers, garlic , palak.
Spices added are black pepper & salt so with less spices also this tastes yumm & even my toddler has it happily. You can add as many varieties of veggies as available.
It’s great to have a soup on a light dinner day, sick day, rainy day & in short anytime of the year. Great sider to go with variety of dishes like quinoa, Khakara, daliya, pasta, rice items etc.
This soup will ensure intake of all vital nutrients of veggies without making a fuss.
For more flavours you can as well add some seasoning of oregano / pizza masala / chat masala to make it taste more better.
